The informative is inspired to the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, reunited in the Group instituted by art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/CE, adopted May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for collecting personal data on-line, and, in particular, the procedures, times and the nature of the information that the holders of the treatment must supply users when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of connection.

Data processing connected to the web services of this website take place at the above-mentioned offices of STILTENDE and are carried out only by personnel of the Department in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or diffused. The personal data provided by users who forward requests for informative material are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only in the case where this is necessary for that purpose.

Does not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor are used c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. Personal data are processed with automated instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.


The subjects whose personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification pursuant to art. 7 of the privacy Code. The person concerned has the right to request the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form, and oppose any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
